Coaching, Yoga & Massage

My name is Viktoriia. I’m a coach, yoga teacher, and space holder for women who are finding their way — through change, healing, or a fresh start. I’m originally from Ukraine and now living in the Netherlands, so I know what it means to rebuild your life in a new country, with a new language and new rhythms. That personal journey deeply shapes the way I work — with softness, presence, and deep respect for each woman’s story. I’ve been guiding women for over 15 years, combining coaching, therapeutic tools, and yoga — especially Hatha and Yin — to support not only the body, but also the heart and mind. My approach is trauma-sensitive, intuitive, and grounded in real-life experience. If you are feeling lost, tired, or unsure of your next step — you are not alone. Here, there is space for all of you. Yoga

Since the age of 18 I have interest in yoga. Over the years I have studied different styles of yoga and teach yoga already for 15 years. I teach hatha, yin, balance, woman, children and yoga for couples.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote balance and well-being. It focuses on slow movements, proper alignment, and mindful breathing, making it ideal for beginners. The word “hatha” represents the balance of opposites, like sun and moon. This practice helps improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while reducing stress and supporting overall physical and emotional health.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues like ligaments, fascia, and joints. Poses are held passively for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to relax and stretch deeply. It emphasizes stillness, breath awareness, and inner reflection, making it both physically and mentally calming. Yin yoga complements more active practices and is beneficial for improving flexibility, joint mobility, and stress relief. It encourages mindfulness and helps cultivate patience, making it ideal for deep relaxation and restoration.
